Baked Lemon Pepper Chicken with Rosemary
This Baked Lemon Pepper Chicken with Rosemary is going to become a family favorite! Serve this baked chicken with a side of steamed veggies.
- 6 chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary
Preheat your oven to 375ºF and spray a 13x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Place the chicken into the dish and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with the lemon pepper seasoning and rosemary. Bake until chicken is cooked through, about 45 minutes. Serve.
Make your own lemon pepper seasoning by combining 1 tsp lemon zest, 1 tsp pepper, and 1 tsp salt.
You can use dried rosemary in this recipe but reduce to 1 tsp.
