This secret menu taco is packed full! A jalapeño sausage link, grilled brisket, a fried egg, green chile queso, cheddar jack and cotija cheeses, sour cream and cilantro. All on top of a flour tortilla. Make sure to have plenty of napkins nearby.

2. Alabama Shake

A recent original menu item, the Alabama Shake comes with cornmeal-crusted catfish, poblano slaw, cotija cheese, peppadew peppers, cilantro and a lime wedge with avocado sauce on a flour tortilla.

3. Jack of Clubs

Torchy's breakfast taco is a great way to get in all the necessary foods-a fried egg, potatoes, black beans, corn tortilla strips, sour cream, cheddar jack cheese, cilantro and diablo sauce all inside a flour tortilla. Sounds pretty Instagram picture worthy to me!

4. Green Chile Pork Missionary Style

Slow-roasted green chile pork with pickled onions, guacamole, jack cheese, cilantro and chipotle sauce all sit snug inside not one, but two tortillas. This double-decker taco holds all of its fillings with a corn tortilla and flour tortilla to avoid any tears and falling apart tacos.

5. The Matador

Another double-decker taco found its way on the Torchy's Tacos secret menu. The Matador is loaded with chopped brisket, grilled jalapeños, pickled onions, jack cheese, avocado, sour cream, cilantro and tomatillo sauce and fits right inside a corn and flour tortilla.

6. Mad Cow

The Mad Cow comes with everything you need. Marinated and grilled beef fajita, black beans, grilled corn, jack cheese, cilantro and chipotle sauce. Flavorful, balanced, and absolutely worth ordering.

7. Trailer Park Hillbilly Style

If the classic Trailer Park taco isn't quite enough to satisfy, try ordering the Trailer Park Hillbilly Style. This secret taco includes fried chicken, chorizo, bacon, green chiles, green chile queso, cheddar jack cheese, pico de gallo and poblano sauce. Forget about the diet for a day and indulge in this taco.
