Sure, going to a Starbucks for the experience is always fun. But sometimes, you just need a quick fix and you don't want to leave the house for it. Twenty years ago, Starbucks heard your plea for easy access to their coffee and introduced the iconic bottled Frappuccino drink. Today, there are more than 50 ready-to-drink Starbucks options available from Starbucks and the company controls 88 percent of the market making $2 billion in profit annually.
But that much revenue doesn't come from a stagnant R&D department. For years, Starbucks has been routinely churning out new bottled coffee beverages for supermarkets around the country, and 2018 is no exception. This year, we coffee lovers are getting three new bottled beverages: Single-Serve Cold Brew in Vanilla & Fig and Sweetened Black; Bottled Frappuccino® chilled coffee drink with Almondmilk; and Starbucks Doubleshot® Coffee Smoothies with Real Fruit and Almondmilk - available nationwide where groceries are sold.
Single Serve Cold Brews
Starting off the year in February 2018, cold brew lovers will be able to get their hands on two new flavors- Vanilla & Fig and Sweetened Black.
What a perfect way to jumpstart your year.
Finally, those who are dairy-free can enjoy a Frappuccino, too. Starbucks is now blending their longest running ready-to-drink bottled beverage with almond milk. In May 2018, this creation will be available in Vanilla and Mocha.
With 35 percent fewer calories than coffee and mocha bottled Frappuccino beverages, this is a drink for everyone to indulge in.
Also in May 2018, Starbucks will add new Starbucks Doubleshot Coffee Smoothies made with Real Fruit and Almond Milk.
So, if you like something a little more fun in your bottled beverages, you'll soon have access to two new flavors: Dark Chocolate Banana and Vanilla Honey Banana.
