Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • pinch salt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Using the butter, grease the inside of your slow cooker. To slow cooker add milk, water, oats, brown sugar, vanilla, pumpkin spice, and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, on high about 3 hours. Stir in pumpkin and cook for 1 hour more.
  • Dish into bowls and top with walnuts.

Notes

If you do not have pumpkin spice, add 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg,1/4 tsp cloves and 1/4 tsp ginger.
Serve with extra brown sugar if needed.
