How to Make Shiner Bock Cupcakes

This recipe by Blue Bonnet Baker is a chocolate cake recipe made with an entire bottle of Shiner Bock. Peanut butter cream cheese frosting tops the chocolate cupcakes. The recipe was originally written for Valentine's Day, but we can all agree it should be shared and baked all year long.

Or if cupcakes aren't your thing you can always bake a bundt cake using this recipe from Betty Crocker. The Texas-Style Beer Cake features a filling of pecans and can be topped with powdered sugar or whipped cream.
