Roasted Rosemary and Thyme Cashews
Elevate the already wonderful cashew by roasting with fresh rosemary and thyme for an unforgettable snack or appetizer.
- 1 lb raw cashews
- 1-2 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs fresh rosemary leaves
- 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- Pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Mix cashews and olive oil in a bowl. Toss to evenly coat.
- Sprinkle in herbs and spices. Toss to evenly coat.
- Bake on a rimmed baking sheet until very lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
