Roasted Cauliflower Steaks
These beautiful Roasted Cauliflower Steaks are a great addition to any main dish. Our recommendation: serve these with juicy steaks.
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into 4 steaks
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 450ºF and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Place the steaks on the baking pan and drizzle with oil, garlic and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, then use a spatula to turn cauliflower over. Roast until tender and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes more. Serve.
If you want a bit of spice add crushed red pepper flakes to the cauliflower before roasting. The cauliflower should be soft in the middle and golden around the edges.
