Along with being an accomplished actress, she has three children, Deacon, Tennessee and Ava. Reese Witherspoon and her 21-year-old daughter make the sweetest pair, and this post of two of them silly drunk on margaritas is too adorable.
Witherspoon has won multiple Oscars and an Emmy, and her many films and series are on HBO, Netflix and Amazon prime. As for her personal life, the celeb mostly keeps this out of the public eye, but we get the occasional glimpse from her Instagram posts.
Reese Witherspoon shares her son Deacon and daughter Ava with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, who was her co-star in Cruel Intentions. She now lives in Los Angeles with husband Jim Toth, with whom she has an eight-year-old son, Tennessee. Ava, Tennessee, and 17-year-old Deacon are a huge part of the Hollywood star's life, and she often speaks about how grateful she is to have them.
When speaking to Interview, she said the thought of having a lifelong relationship with her kids "makes her want to cry." She went on to say, "I never expected the kind of relationship that I have with them, but it's so rewarding to be able to have kids that you can process life with a little bit, and they help me understand the complexities of what it means to be a human now."
Margaritas for Everyone!
In the latest heartwarming pic from Reese Witherspoon's daughter Ava Phillippe, the two are grinning behind a kitchen counter, which has margarita supplies on it. Reese is playfully holding up half of a lime to her eye while Ava smiles excitedly.
Ava's caption says "Margarita Anyone?" to which Reese comments "Margaritas for Everyone!" Fans are loving it, and the comments are full of enthusiasm, from "OMFG...so cute ...I can't ..I want a margarita ???????" to "Mother daughter goals."
Others comment on how similar the mother daughter duo are, saying "literal twins" and "No bc I didn't know who was who for a second." Many have called Ava Witherspoon's lookalike daughter because of how similar they look and how often they seem to be twinning in photos. Even in this pic I had to do a double take to figure out which one Reese was!
This couldn't have been more apparent than when the stars of Big Little Lies got together in New York City for its premiere. Reese Witherspoon brought her daughter on the red carpet, and no one could get enough of them. Ava is around the age that Reese was when she shot some of her first films, and no one can deny that Ava is a spitting image of Elle Woods.
The mother-daughter pair is as close as can be, and Ava's Mother's Day post described her mom as her "built-in best friend." On Ava's 21st birthday, Reese's post was just as sweet, saying "Wow! How is it possible that this little girl is now 21 years old? Happy Birthday to my sweet girl who has become the most incredible young woman."
The Morning Show star went on to say, "Her kindness, her compassion, and her huge heart never cease to amaze me," she added. "Ava, there aren't enough words to describe how proud I am of everything you've already accomplished. I cannot wait to see ALL the Good you will put into this world. I love you so much @avaphillippe"
Reese is also a fan of Ava's boyfriend Owen Mahoney, commenting on one of their latest selfies with a heart face emoji and "these two." Reese Witherspoon and her daughter really are mother daughter goals!
