Winter Fruit Salad

  • 2 apples, chopped
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 clementine or mandarin oranges, sectioned
  • For The Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • fresh mint leaves


In a large bowl mix together the apples, kiwis, pomegranate seeds, pineapple, banana and oranges.

In a small bowl whisk together the maple syrup and lime juice. Pour over the fruit and toss gently. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.


Serve this salad right away to prevent the fruit from turning brown.

This makes a beautiful Christmas morning dish.
