Ingredients
- 4oz gin
- 2oz elderflower liqueur
- 4oz fresh watermelon juice
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add the gin, elderflower liqueur, and the watermelon juice. Shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a wedge of watermelon.
Recipe Notes
The best way to get watermelon juice is to puree the watermelon and strain it.
Serve in a chilled glass with ice.
