Texas Christmas Punch 

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 5 minutes



  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 cups pomegranate juice
  • 3 cups tequila
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 750-ml bottle sparkling wine
  • fresh cranberries to garnish


In a small saucepan combine the sugar and water and bring to a boil, dissolving the sugar. Remove from heat and cool completely.

In a large punch bowl stir together the simple syrup, pomegranate juice, tequila, lime juice and cranberry juice. Chill for 2 hours. Stir in the sparkling wine and serve.


Serve with fresh cranberries as a fun garnish.

You can also serve the punch with ice cubes to skip to chilling step.
