Whisk together the gelatin, pudding mix, and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and remove from the heat. Transfer the mixture into a large mixing bowl and cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for about 4 hours or until set.
Once the mixture is solid, using a handheld mixer whip the mixture until it is broken up and creamy. Add in the whipped topping and whip until incorporated. Fold in the sliced strawberries and mini marshmallows and serve.
