INGREDIENTS
Strawberry Thyme Compound Butter
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1/3 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 1/2 tbs fresh thyme leaves, minced
Strawberry Violet Compound Butter
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1/3 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1/4 cup violet petals, rinsed and patted dry, minced
Instructions
Using the paddle attachment, beat the butter until creamy. Add the strawberries and thyme or violets, then beat until incorporated. Taste, then add salt or sugar as desired.
Use the butter immediately while warm and malleable, or refrigerate to use over the next few days. Excess can be frozen to last up to a few weeks.
