Strawberry Banana Overnight Oats

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 banana, sliced

In two small jars place the oats, chia seeds, chopped strawberries and almond milk. Stir to combine and chill overnight in the fridge.

In the morning top with the banana and any remaining strawberries. Add more milk if desired. Serve.


These oats take about 6-8 hours to fully "cook" in the fridge.

Top with bananas and strawberries for an extra punch of fruit.
