- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
In a small bowl combine the sugar and cinnamon. Using a microplane or grater grate 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg into the bowl. Stir to combine. Let sit three days for the flavors to become stronger.
This sugar pairs great with hot drinks, on toast and even on cooked fruit.
Keep in a sealed container in the cupboard or pantry.
This sugar will add a hint of warmth to a cup of coffee.
