- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup white wine
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 lbs shrimp
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
In a slow cooker combine the chicken broth, white wine, olive oil, butter, garlic, parsley, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
Add in the shrimp, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper. Cook on HIGH until shrimp is cooked through, about 90 minutes. Serve over pasta if desired.
