What do you when you want fresh peach cobbler, but the summer heat is far too much for your oven? You make it in the slow cooker, of course!

  1. Lightly grease the slow cooker insert then place peach slices in insert.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine baking mix, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over peaches. Pour in peach juice, and lightly stir. Place the butter slices sporadically along the top.
  3. Cover and cook on low until the center is set about, 4-5 hours. Remove lid and cook 15-30 minutes more to crisp up the top.
  4. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream, or just a big spoon, and enjoy!
