- 1 16-oz package frozen corn kernels
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
In a slow cooker combine the frozen corn, cream cheese, butter, milk, salt and pepper. Stir to combine and cook on High until hot and creamy, about 3-4 hours. Serve with chopped parsley.
No need to defrost the corn for this recipe! Pop it in the slow cooker frozen.
Add a bit of paprika to this corn to zip it up a bit.
