- 2 8-oz pkgs cream cheese
- 1 lb spicy sausage, browned and drained
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 2 cans rotel
In a slow cooker combine the cream cheese, sausage, shredded cheese, corn, and rotel. Mix to combine. Cook on LOW until warmed, about 1-2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
Once the dip is warmed turn the slow cooker to warm or turn it off completely to make sure the cheese doesn't curdle.
You can also use canned and drained corn for this recipe.
