- 1/4 cup turkey drippings
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Add the turkey drippings to a saucepan and stir in the flour. Heat to medium-heat and stir until mixture is smooth and bubbles, about 5 minutes. Stir in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Boil 1-2 minutes. Stir in salt and pepper and serve.
To ensure a proper gravy, measure all ingredients accurately.
Add a little browning sauce to add a bit of body if needed.
