Ingredients
- 2cups all-purpose flour
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1tsp salt
- 1Tbsp sugar
- 2cups buttermilk
- 1 egg
- strawberries, halved
- whipped cream
- chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet or griddle over medium-low heat.
- In a bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar. Add in the buttermilk and egg and stir until combined.
- Portion the batter onto the pan and cook until both sides are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Create your santa pancake by placing strawberries as the hat and whipped cream as the beard. Decorate with chocolate chips as the eyes and melted chocolate as the mouth.

You can melt chocolate chips to decorate or use chocolate syrup.
