- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 3/4 cup root beer
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 1 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust
- 2-3 tsp Root Beer extract
- Maraschino cherries
- Cool Whip to garnish
Mix the root beer, root beer concentrate, milk and pudding mix together in a large bowl for two minutes until thick.
Pour the pudding mixture into your prepared graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate or freeze the root beer pie for at least eight hours; overnight works too.
Garnish the chilled pie with cherries and more whipped topping if you like, then cut into eight servings.
