  1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF. Drizzle the olive oil on the squash and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the cinnamon. Roast until a fork can be inserted easily, about 30 minutes. Serve.

You can tell the squash is tender when a fork is inserted easily.
