Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 35 minutes
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into 4 steaks
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 450ºF and line a baking sheet with foil.
Place the steaks on the baking pan and drizzle with oil, garlic and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, then use a spatula to turn cauliflower over. Roast until tender and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes more. Serve.
If you want a bit of spice add crushed red pepper flakes to the cauliflower before roasting.
The cauliflower should be soft in the middle and golden around the edges.
