- 1 lb brussels sprouts, quartered
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 3 slices thick cut bacon, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Preheat your oven to 400ºF. Place brussels sprouts in a single layer and drizzle with the olive oil and maple syrup. Add bacon and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir to coat. Bake, stirring halfway through, until bacon is crispy and brussels sprouts are roasted, about 45 minutes. Serve.
You can substitute honey for the maple syrup.
Make sure to stir the pan halfway through to ensure even roasting.
