- Absinthe for rinsing
- 4 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- 1 oz Grand Marnier
- 2 orange twists
Pour a very small amount of absinthe into the first glass, swirl, then pour into the second and swirl to coat.
To each glass add two dashes of bitters and 1/2 oz of Grand Marnier. Top with champagne and garnish with orange twists. Serve.
This can be enjoyed during a New Year's Brunch.
