- 2 Tbsp raspberry jam
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 oz moonshine
- club soda
Place raspberry jam, lemon juice, and moonshine in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until the jam is dissolved. Pour into two glasses and top with club soda.
Serve with fresh raspberries and a slice of lemon.
Make sure to top with club soda after you shake the drink up. You'll avoid a flat drink...and a mess!
