- 2 oz tequila
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 lime, juiced
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice combine the tequila, pineapple juice, and lime juice. Shake for 15 seconds and strain into an glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a wedge of pineapple if desired.
We like to use Gold tequila for this drink, but silver will work nicely as well.
