Ingredients
- 1/2cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4cup pimento cheese spread
Instructions
- In a food processor combine the butter and pimento cheese and process until combined. Transfer to a sheet of parchment or wax paper and roll into a 1-inch log. Chill 1 hour.
- Remove from paper and slice. Spread on corn or hearty bread slices.
Recipe Notes
Make sure your butter is well softened before preparing.
Use spicy pimento cheese for a kick.
