- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 Tbsp diced red onion
- 1/2 jalapeño seeded and diced
- 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 tomato, chopped
In a food processor add the avocado, salt and lime juice. Pulse until avocado is smooth with small chunks. Remove from the food processor and place into a bowl.
To the avocado, add the red onion, jalapeño, cilantro and tomato. Stir to combine and serve.
The jalapeño adds a bit of heat to the guacamole but you can always leave it out.
Guacamole tends to color if placed in the fridge for too long so we suggest you eat this right away.
