- 2 1/2 cups chopped pears
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- 5 Tbsp lime juice
- 8 oz vodka
- 6 cups club soda
In a large pitcher place the pears, mint, simple syrup, and lime juice. Muddle the ingredients with a wooden spoon.
Add the vodka and club soda. Serve in glasses filled with ice and a slice of pear.
We like to use Anjou pears for this recipe.
Make sure to muddle the ingredients a bit to bread up the pears and release the oil in the mint.
