  1. Preheat oven to 375 F and prepare a 9 x 13 baking dish by lightly greasing.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the rolled oats, oat flour, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl or measuring cup, mix the orange juice, honey, coconut oil, and applesauce.
  4. Mix the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients. Then spread the mix into the baking dish, and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and cut into bars, but keep the everything in the baking dish until completely cooled.
