- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp chives, minced
- 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp dill, minced
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Mince a clove of garlic. Add a sprinkle of kosher salt and using the side of your knife, press against the cutting board to make a paste. Place in the mason jar.
To the mason jar add the mayonnaise, plain yogurt, buttermilk, chives, parsley, dill, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Shake to combine. Chill for 30 minutes for flavors to combine before serving.
We paired this dressing with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers and radish.
