- 4 oz light rum
- 4 oz dark rum
- 8 oz pineapple juice
- 8 oz kombucha
- 2 oz triple sec
- pineapple to garnish
- Maraschino cherries
In a large pitcher combine the light rum, dark rum, pineapple juice, kombucha, and triple sec. Stir with a large spoon. Pour into glasses filled with ice and garnish with pineapple and Maraschino cherries.
Ever have kombucha? It's a fermented tea. We like to use pineapple flavored or ginger.
You can use Cointreau instead of triple sec if desired.
