- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a mason jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake to combine. Pour dressing on salad and serve.
We paired this dressing with mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers and olives.
You can make this ahead. Just shake the dressing to mix before serving.
