Hot Pepper Infused Vodka

  • 1 bottle vodka
  • 1/2 jalapeño, deseeded and chopped
  • 1 Calabrian pepper, halved


In a large vodka bottle add in the jalapeño and Calabrian pepper and shake. Seal tightly and let sit in a dark place for 7 days. Strain out of the peppers and serve.


The longer the vodka sits, the spicier it becomes!

Make sure to strain the vodka through a fine mesh strainer to catch all the pieces of peppers.
