Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 45 minutes
- 6 carrots, peeled
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 350ºF,
On a baking sheet, add carrots and drizzle with olive oil. Pour on the honey, red pepper flakes, and season with salt and pepper. Bake until carrots are tender, and a fork can be inserted easily, about 45 minutes. Serve warm.
You can also cut the carrots into smaller pieces, but reduce cooking time.
Top with chopped parsley for a garnish.
