- 4 bone-in skin on chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Grease a 13x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
In a small bowl combine the honey, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush half of the mixture on the chicken. Bake for 30 minutes and brush with remaining sauce. Bake until chicken is no longer pink, about 20 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with parsley if desired.
This chicken makes great leftovers. Serve in a chicken salad or even cold.
