  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine all the spices and whisk to evenly distribute.
  2. Add the spices to the beef in a larger mixing bowl. Using your hands, thoroughly mix the spices into the beef.
  3. Heat a large skillet to medium then add the beef and water. Break up the meat as it cooks, and let it cook completely through, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. Optional: Preheat the oven to 375 F to warm the taco shells for 5 minutes. Or, warm the soft tortillas in the microwave or in a smaller skillet set to low or medium-low.
  5. Serve with your favorite toppings! Like shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, sour cream, or hot sauce.
