Homemade Mocha Coffee Creamer

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups half-and-half
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, heat half-and-half and sugar until sugar is dissolved and mixture is steaming but not yet boiling.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and cocoa powder. Place in containers and refrigerate.

Notes

This creamer can stay fresh up to 5 days.

If you do not have half-and-half, use 1 1/2 cups heavy cream and 1 1/2 cups milk.
