- 2 bottles Angry Orchard Crisp Apple Hard Cider
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 rack pork ribs
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1-2 cups BBQ sauce
Preheat your oven to 250ºF. Pour Angry Orchard Crisp Apple Hard Cider into the bottom of a deep roasting pan with onion. Top with the pork ribs. Sprinkle the pork ribs with paprika and salt and pepper to taste. Cover with aluminum foil tightly and cook 3 hours or until tender.
Remove foil and transfer ribs to a baking sheet. Discard apple cider and onion. Preheat broiler to high and brush ribs with BBQ sauce. Broil until sauce is lightly charred. Slice and serve.
Serve with a side of baked apples if desired.
