With a super simple and fast prep time, this is an easy recipe to serve alongside everything from grilled pork chops to burgers. Make sure to wash your sweet potatoes thoroughly and scrub the skin before grilling. You'll know the sweet potatoes are done when the skin is crispy and you can insert a fork or knife easily into the slice of potato.

You can even serve this for breakfast topped with guacamole or mashed avocado and a sprinkling of salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. A topping of fresh-cut tomtatoes from the garden puts this side over the top!

  • 3 sweet potatos
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Meanwhile, cut sweet potatoes into slices lengthwise. Place in a large bowl and coat with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Oil the grill grates and add sweet potato wedges in a single layer, giving them about 5 minutes of cook time per side. Remove when potatoes are tender.
