- 1 cup baby spinach
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
In a blender add the spinach, mango, yogurt, water, ginger and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and serve.
A little ginger goes a long way in this drink!
You can use fresh mango and add a cup of ice to the mixture.
