- 6 oz gin
- 10 oz grapefruit juice
- 4 oz club soda
For The Rosemary Simple Syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 sprigs rosemary
Prepare the rosemary simple syrup by heating the water and sugar in a saucepan over high heat. Once sugar dissolves add rosemary and turn off heat. Cover and let rosemary infuse for 15 minutes. Strain the syrup and let cook completely.
In a pitcher filled with ice combine the gin, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup. Stir and top with club soda.
Garnish your cups with sprigs of rosemary and a wedge of grapefruit.
Make a double batch of the rosemary simple syrup to serve with other drinks.
