- 4 English muffins, sliced in half and toasted
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 slices Canadian ham
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Grease 4 ramekins and place on a baking sheet. Crack an egg into each ramekin and season with salt and pepper. Place the eggs in the oven and bake until whites are firm, about 13 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before removing from the ramekins.
To assemble sandwiches place egg, ham, and cheese on a half of an English muffin. Top with the other half. Serve.
If you like runny yolks, cook until the whites are just done.
