- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped crispy bacon
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 3 green onions, chopped small
In a bowl combine the mayo, cheddar cheese, bacon, almonds, and green onion. Chill for 2 hours. Serve with crackers.
You can make this up to a day-ahead.
This dip goes great with butter crackers like Ritz.
