- 1 Granny Smith apple chopped
- 1 stalk celery diced
- 1/3 cup mayonaise
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve on whole wheat bread with toppings of choice.
