Classic Sidecar Cocktail
This citrus flavored prohibition-era cocktail brings out the jazz in you. Try a Classic Sidecar Cocktail with cointreau, lemon, and cognac tonight.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz cognac
Instructions
- Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with lemon juice and dip in sugar.
- Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well. Strain into the chilled cocktail glass.
Notes
Use fresh lemon juice in this cocktail recipe instead of bottled.
Garnish with a twirl of lemon if inclined and enjoy with a bit of jazz in the background.
