Top All Your Coffees with Chocolate Whipped Cream
Chocolate whipped cream is a great choice of topping for your coffee, but it can also be put on cakes and other treats.

Ingredients
- 3ounces bittersweet or semisweet baking chocolatechopped
- 1cup heavy cream
- 2tablespoons powdered sugar(confectioner's sugar)
Instructions
- Put the chopped chocolate in a bowl. In a heavy saucepan, add your heavy cream before adding the powdered sugar. Heat on medium heat until boiling. When hot, pour the cream over the chocolate until melted.
- Cover and chill for several hours.
- Beat the whipped cream by hand or with an electric mixer/hand mixer after chilling.
- Refrigerate for another hour or so before using/serving.
