INGREDIENTS

  • For the Green Goddess Spread
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 2 Tbsp chopped chives
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • For The Sandwich
  • 4 tortillas
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and and sliced into strips
  • romaine lettuce

Instructions

In a blender add the mayonnaise, basil, chives, lime juice, garlic, and salt and pepper, and blend until smooth.

Spread the green goddess spread evenly on the 4 tortillas and top with the chicken and romaine. Wrap tightly and cut in half. Serve.

Notes

The green goddess spread can be made 1 day ahead.
